Dryyyywaaaalllll!! In my best Oprah voice I say to you, drywall. I think this is my *most* favourite part of the process, save for all the pretty finishing details. When the home is being framed, you start to see the bones. But it's not until the drywall is up that you really start to get a sense of what your rooms will feel like. What the flow will feel like. What the lighting will really feel like. And I am happy to report that I LOVE the way things are feeling.
Also, can we please talk about the winter boots Ryan is wearing? He was tired of his feet always getting so cold on really cold days. So how fortuitous was it that he happened upon a sale at Mark's and nabbed these bad boys for $100 off? Good to -100C apparently. O man. They are hilarious. All laughs aside, on this very, very cold and snowy day while I froze in my winter best he had roasty, toasty toes. Something to be said for those moon boots I guess :)
So exciting! Congrats you guys! And yes, Ryan's boots totally look like moon boots haha
ReplyDeleteThanks Meagan! And yes, the boots are pretty ridiculous haha ;)
DeleteYay! Look at your house!!! So, so exciting. And oh my GOODNESS those boots. Hilarious.
ReplyDeleteThanks Carly!! Aren't the boots so funny?! I mean its cold here, but really…? :)
DeleteK those boots are like half the size of Ryan haha! Awesome!! The house looks great!
ReplyDeleteI know!! I kept thinking that Ryan's pretty tall. And if those boots look THAT big on him, then they're really big. I'm going to have to take a pic of myself wearing them so all us ladies can get a real sense of their enormity AND ridiculousness haha
